We decided to look at granite after a long process to find the cabinets we liked.
In todays world where every body is trying to get your business it hard for a consumer to make a choice. We started out at a few of your competitors and with research for that the same granite selections we found most slabs were available at most locations. After shopping around and some internet research I came upon your company. I am glad I made the decision to take a ride and see what your company had to offer.
When we arrived at the troy hill location we started to walk around and look at the granite slabs. We had one particular stone in mind but that changed when we looked at what you had to offer. Although you don’t have a flashy show room we were greeted by Kelsey. She was waiting on another customer but when she got to us she made us feel welcome. She walked around with us after hearing what we were interested in and once we made our choice she made sure we had a few samples to take home. We decided on the granite and finished up our kitchen installation and your template guy came out . I can’t remember his name. He made short work of making our templates and was courteous and very neat.
A day or so before we were supposed to have our counter tops installed Kelsey called and told us the slab was going to be 2 inches short from making our 10 inch over hang work. We were sick. We drove out and met her along with the sawyer Constantine. We thought we were going to have to make another selection and was very upset that all of our colors and schemes were made from this slab. We worked with Constantine by flipping the template around several ways and found that if we were ok with the core hole being under the back splash it could work. Well when they brought out the stone it only had one 1/2 in core hole. Constantine said he on had an 1/8 of an inch to spare. He made us feel confident that he could make it work. He is like a Michael Angelo of granite. My wife was ecstatic that we he able to make it work. The two installers were professional and made short work of a long process. After we started to use the kitchen we found a small chip near the sink which we were concerned with. We all missed it on our final sign off inspection. Kelsey quickly got your crews out to repair a small 1/16 chip . and to my surprise Constantine was with the crew on a rare appearance with him getting out of the shop. they made to chip invisible . we are very happy we decided to go with your experienced company. I was happy to hear how long your staff has been around and that made our decision to go with your company a no brainer. Please pass on our thanks to your office staff and field crews. As in most companies it is rare that they hear the good things I am sure and are only informed when there is a problem.

“Choice Granite was a great choice for us! After shopping around for a manufacture Choice Granite came to the top of our list and made selecting, ordering and installation of our granite kitchen counter tops easy and enjoyable.

With hundreds of stones and prices to choose from, selecting one can be overwhelming, but Kelsey made it easy and fun. Kelsey spent most of a day with me when I called her early one morning. She agreed to meet me at one of the suppliers to help make sense of the pricing and help make the right selection for me. We liked some of the stones at the first supplier but Kelsey also accompanied me to a second supplier the same day where I finally picked the stone that I really love. After picking the stone, I also picked a sink and faucet and sent pictures to Kelsey. She was very helpful coordinating the look that I wanted.

Kelsey kept this project moving forward. She scheduled a templating date and then a time for me to layout the countertop on the stone that I had selected. This was an important step because I really wanted the island to have a particular part of the pattern in the stone

Then she scheduled an installation date. When installation date came I did not have my island finished and ready for the granite. Oops! I emailed Kelsey late the night before the scheduled installation and then called her at 8:00 AM the day of scheduled installation. She had already talked to the installation crew. I was able to have everything installed except the island. That was fantastic. She rescheduled for the island installation. I expected an additional fee for the return trip. It was my fault. There was no extra fee. Chad was the lead on the installation crew. The crew was very friendly and professional. They did excellent work.

After selecting Choice Granite as our manufacturer our kitchen project became much less stressful and much more fun! I still have fireplaces and vanity tops to design and select. Choice Granite will be my first choice for a manufacturer!”

“Dear Staff at Choice Granite,

I am writing to thank you for the excellent work you did in crafting and installing truly unique and stunning granite kitchen counter tops.

We went to several granite dealers in the Pittsburgh area as well as Cleveland and the Washington D.C. area. Although we hadn’t heard of you or knew any of your employees, several dealers recommended you as fabrications and installers. We finally picked out a beautiful and very unique granite from out of state. You coordinated the transport of the granite slabs and did a very skillful job of fabrication and installation. Because of the extensive veins in this particular granite, it was actually fragile and prone to fracture. But it was expertly handled and even looks better than we expected. There are only 2 seams in a layout which includes a very long kitchen counter, island, desk, and bar. Only 1 seam is visually apparent and it blends very well. Your personnel were very professional and helpful-from Connie and Kelsey in the office, to Constantine in fabrication shop and to the 3 installers. Even when we missed an appointment for counter measurement, Choice Granite was very gracious and understanding.

Although Choice Granite has a modest shop with no flashy showroom, they do very good work. They were professional, skillful, on time, and we were very pleased.

We will certainly recommend you without reservation to any prospective granite customers.”
